Subler changed audio track of purchased movie???

In the Preferences of Subler there is an option to "DOWN MIX AUDIO TO...".

Does this automatically change any video file opened in in Subler?

I have the movie 3:10 To Yuma (2007), which I purchased from iTunes, on both my AppleTV and iTunes Library.

I open the file in Subler to see if I could add chapter markers, but I closed it again without making any changes.

I was just now syncing another movie to AppleTV and 3:10 To Yuma automatically begin to sync - this means there was a change in the file doesn't it?

The "DOWN MIX AUDIO TO" drop box is set on Dolby Pro Logic II.

Have I altered the purchased files audio?
