Apple Remote issue

okay, ran into my first "WTF" moment with a mac. Even with my MacBook Pro's IR receiver turned off, the remote for my AppleTV wakes up and/or controls my MacBook Pro too.

Even when the MBP is paired with a specific remote, the 3 other remotes in the house (iMac, AppleTV, and a Harmony remote) will control the MBP in question.


Any ideas?
 
Yes, its annoying when there are 4 Macs switched on on one desk, and they all respond to the command. Thats what happened with me...
