Need help converting FLAC and .shn files to mp3 or aac

Hey!

I need help converting FLAC and .shn files to standard mp3 or aiff files. I've downloaded a VLC Player, but that only allows me to play them.

Any idea of a player or an app that would let me save as or convert as mp3 or aiff?

Duff-Man says....you can use xAct to extract flac and shn files to .wav or .aiff...from there just use iTunes to import for aac or mp3....oh yeah!
