New Pop-Up Dictionary in Lion.

Looks like the iPad version, but also has a nice zoom in.
I've attached a screenshot of people who don't have Lion yet.

Is that a replacement for the overlay on CTRL+CMD+D?

This is reminiscent of the iBooks feature that acts in a similar way.

Back to the Mac, indeed..

How do you get it to pop up? Hover with your mouse?

It goes up on cntrl+command+D there is something like it in Snow Leopard.
Also, can you guys make sure that I'm not crazy. Does the text to speech on Lion sound noticeably better than Snow Leopard?

I cannot see any option to change the dictionary from this pop-up window, am I missing something?
