Where to buy 2011 MBP 15" with high res tax free?

Does anybody know where I can purchase a Macbook Pro 2011 15" low end model with high res screen online tax free? Does Amazon have them? Macmall? I am having a hard time telling.

Oregon has no sales tax on ANYTHING. Many people come from over the river in Washington (and probably California) to buy things, such as vehicles, electronics, groceries, etc..
