Not sure if there was a thread on this that I missed, but just wanted to inform any digital B&W junkies out there that the newest version of Silver EFEX Pro is available. It is a software plugin for LightRoom/Aperture/Photoshop to help with conversions of color images to B&W. Does a pretty nice job with minimal hassle. Much better than the "generic" conversions these programs offer.

I like the Nik plugins in general and this one in particular. I haven't played around with this newest version yet (just upgraded tonight), but I love the last version. Pleasing results with a minimal learning curve.
