Garage band mp3 problems...

Try exporting to iTunes, then convert them to MP3's ... Hope this helps!

you guys are so vague in all the searches about he steps. maybe i don't have the same version or something but i am looking and looking and clicking on everything and i don't see anywhere anything like what i am reading here about converting mp4 to mp3. any help would be appreciated. I made a tune in garageband and i can't get it uploaded to the studentfilmmakers site network. http://networking.studentfilmmakers.com because it only takes mp3

You got an alternative answer in your own thread, but to convert to MP3 you need to change the encoder in iTunes from M4A to MP3. Google it or explore the preferences.
