Hotmail and Mail app

Could someone please tell me how I can access my hotmail account through the mail app (10.2)?

Also, is there away I canimport my email addresses from my .mac address book to the mail app address book and vice versa?

Thanks for the info.
 
I don't *think* the mail.app supports Hotmail accounts, for that you need MS Entourage, part of the Office X Suite.
