I searched and searched, and could not find an answer.

Will the upcoming release of iOS 4.3 for the iPad & iPad2 enable the Personal Hotspot feature?

If yes, will both AT&T & VZW iPads allow this? Will the original iPad get this feature also?
 
Apple said in the keynote that iOS 4.3 will only provide hotsport functionality for the iPhone 4.
