13" MBP sleeve with shoulder strap?

This isn't quite a sleeve ... but its as minimal as you can get to being one. It also has some pockets.

Great suggestion. The handles tuck in on the sides making this case very form fitting, plus you get the pockets you are seeking. On top of that, the interior has a very soft faux fur so it dosen't scratch your MBP, very durable as well.

i have the go incase one in gray/turquoise and i love it! its very slim!

I just have a MacBook sleeve and keep it in my normal shoulder bag. So I can fit all my stuff in one bag and keep the laptop protected at the same time.

I had gotten that incase for the HP I had before my MBP. If you could give up the straps, here's a good one for you:
