I went onto live chat with an Apple representative and said my feelings. I said that I recently got a replacement iPhone 4 and that they switched the screws to pentalobe screws with out my permission and that I think it's against my consumer rights. Here are the representatives exact words, "For information on getting this other set of screws back on your iPhone, I do recommend that you contact are AppleCare Team. The number for our iPhone AppleCare Department is 1-800-694-7466. If you would like, you can also make an appointment at your local Apple Retail Store to check on having them changed back." I'm not sure if this guarantees I will have my screws replaced back to the Phillips, but I'm going to call in a minute and if you would like me to I can update this thread with what they say.
