Seeing iPad 2's on eBay

I was curious to see how expensive iPad 2's on eBay would be (not that I would ever buy on eBay from these people). I saw some iPad 2's that were Buy it Now and priced low (say 20 dollars, one was 150 dollars). But the shipping itself was 650 dollars. Is this a common tactic that sellers use? It just seems dishonest.

They do it to save listing fees.

eBay charges a certain % of commission on the final price excluding shipping. People who are charging excessive shipping are trying to avoid paying eBay fees. There is a button to report the listing to eBay, and you can choose "excessive shipping" as a reason for reporting.

Right on. Just like this guy said, report them and the listing will be removed. Sellers aren't allowed to do this.
