How do you delete album artwork from itunes?

Does anybody know how to delete album artwork from itunes? I've tried dragging the pic to the trash with no luck. Any other way to do it? Surely I'm not stuck with it.
 
easy... select the song...from the dropdown menu select FILE... Get Info.... Select the Artwork Tab...hit delete...
