Using it for Graphics related stuff. 3D/2D animation, photo editing, photoshop, stuff like that. Would this machine be worth it?
 
Yes.

Even if you make some upgrades, which you will have to do to make it do the things you want, you'll still be ahead of the game.

That's a nice machine for that price.
 
that would sell on ebay for around £100-180 - $180-300 i think
