iMovie 08 problem

I'm having problem with iMovie when moving the event to the trash...
How can I make more space at the disk?

Note: I DO have space at my HDD, I guess the problem is with iMovie cuz i've got 45gb still available

ohh and 1 more thing, why are some clips looking gray?
