ATI Mac Radeon X800XT Retail (not flashed)

I'm selling my X800XT because I don't need the power anymore since I'm just browsing webpages now and a FX5200 is just fine. Check it out here:

I also have 9800XTs and an X800XT for G5 or G4 owners who use VGA macs. They are flashed and only VGA works (you can have dual VGA though), but they work in AGP 4x G4s too!

I've never seen these cards flashed. How do you do so exactly?
