iOS Draw an image with touch

Hi guys, I'm having a bit of an issue here when I try to create an image when the user touches the screen.

I manage to make it happen with a Quartz 2d tutorial.
But when I touch for the second time, it erases the first one.

So I was wondering if this is the best way to do that. And how to keep the images I drew before?
