Anything like Incase Book Jacket Folio style case but with more features?

I really like the clean and simple looks of the Incase Book Jacket for the iPad 2. But its missing a few key features such as the sleep/wake magnetized cover and slots to store important papers.

Does anyone know of an alternative case that is similar but also has these extra missing features. I would prefer something on par or better than the Incase if there's any out there.
