No MMS or DATA after iphone 4 JB with 4.3.1

so yeah I cant MMS and my 3g data wont work, any one know a fix? I got the fix for the no service but couldn't find any for my other problems

UPDATE - i found a fix, and idk how to delete a thread sorry

So does this problem happen with 'just' JB or JB+ultrasn0w?

Thinking about 'just' JBing, no need for an unlock.
