Can I still Jailbreak an original iPhone?

So I got a huge amount of help a while back in doing my first jailbreak to my wife's old 3G as our European travel phone.

Well, we're heading back to the States for a vacation and will both want to have phones since we'll be out and about visiting friends and the like. So I figured since I've still got my original iPhone, why not JB it too?

I've got Pwnage 4.1.2 that I used for the other phone, but it only gives the options of "3G, #GS, 4" the "iPod Touch 3G, 4G" and the "iPad, AppleTV 2G".

The phone has FW 3.1.2 and baseband 4.05.04_G

Is there still a tool out there to JB and unlock the phone? Unlocking is obviously the most important feature for me right now. I searched and couldn't find anything definitive on this and all my 'net research garnered very old articles and results.
