Until his arrest Friday in what authorities said was a routine traffic stop, Rader worked as a compliance supervisor for Park City, Kansas, in charge of animal control, nuisances, inoperable vehicles and general code compliance. He is married with two grown children.

Not sure how the "routine traffic stop" turned into an arrest, but I know the people of Park City, Kansas are sleeping better. Hope they've got the right guy.

It certainly sounds as though that have the wright guy. My understanding that he has confessed twice. From the transcript of his court appearance, showed him to be a polite man. His arrest has surprised many because of his responsible job and church activities.
