Does anyone know why the Office apps are all so slow to improve? Notes apps add new features virtually every week, as do others, but QO, Docs2Go etc. show no interest in improving usability. Their updates are few, sent out almost begrudgingly. Still no image insertion, for example, while most of even the worst Notes apps could do it from the start.

Is this the same across the board, in Android and Windows 7 mobile gadgets too?

not enough competition.. there are hundreds of PDF / Notes apps, but only 2 ro maybe 3 worthy office apps..

I am still waiting for QO to include 'search'..a pretty basic feature and one that is supposedly in the iphone version of the app too..
