Personal Wiki / Voodoopad / Evernote
Hi all,
I need a fast powerful Tomboy or Voodoopad style application, and I'm wondering whether my local MAMP server could run a free open source version that's not too code heavy? I downloaded Evernote but it freaked me out as it started syncing something, uploading something. I don't want that. I want all my content LOCAL and secure. Basically I'm writing a children's book in Word, but need some sort of Voodoopad style database thing to keep track of the background info. It's like having a wikipedia that's drop and drag. Any ideas? Or should I just buy Voodoopad?
