3GS touch screen not working right

I tried to search but it wouldn't work...

Anyways, starting last week my touch screen is really acting weird. Seems like the precision is messed up and it is double counting a lot of touches. Like when I hit space once it takes it as ".".

What's going on and any way to fix it??

Thanks. I will be upgrading to 4.3.2 as soon as an untethered JB is out.

I hope it fixes it... Planned on getting an iPhone 5 this summer.
