Force network users home to be on server

So i am trying to set up my new server to work as a network login server, i have got it working as far as i can logon to it, but the home folder is always on the local computers drive not the one on the server, even though it is set to use the one on the server, the screenshot shows how the server is configured

don't worry server reboot fixed it
