Macbook stuck at blue screen just before loading interface

I recently thought i would use my mac again and idk what happend everytime i start it up it gets stuck at the blue screen just before loading the desktop backroad

Have you tried any of these steps?

Mac doesn't boot
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck
Troubleshooting: My computer won't turn on

Try starting in "safe mode" and the instructions can be found here.

you can also try booting to verbose mode to see if something is hanging (hold command v and turn the computer on)

i tryed the safe mode all it did was stop at the spinning gear forever and i can hear the fans n stuff workin

k did the verbose thing and it says waiting for HP IO Monitor and says diskarb isnt ready well try again soon what do i do now??
