I was told by another member that this site is very informative and helpful.
What I'm looking for is the best/coolest/most productive apps out there. I already have the basics like weather, facebook, and stuff like that. I'm looking for other apps you use that most don't know about. Games too, if you have any awesome games. Thanks, and I'll sit back and listen. No one? I'm basically looking for a list of your favorite apps, and what they do. Last edited by kainjow; May 6, 2011 at 03:09 PM. Reason: merged posts. please don't bump threads |

I use weather HD for weather, iFitness for workouts. I think iFitness is no longer available though. Then just the apps that came with the phone, text/safari.

Lockbox is good because it stores all your passwords and information.
Pandora is amazing for music. Crackle is cool for movies. Shazam is helpful for music too. Angry Birds (all 3), Plants vs. Zombies, Fruit Ninja, Mega Jump, Tiny Wings, Bloons Tower Defense 4. Flixster is good for movies, yelp is good for restaurants. Whatsapp is a nice messaging app. Alarm clock is self explanatory, groupie is a cool social networking app along with skype. Otherwise it is all your preference. I recommend browsing the top lists for each category and going from there. |

Get the Dropbox app but BE SURE to download their free desktop software too(Mac or PC) and set up a folder on your computer. The app is really only useful if you have that as well.
You really should search this site, there are many other past threads like this that will give you a ton of ideas. But until then, here's a bunch I like. Dropbox (To sync with your Desktop Dropbox folder) iTorch4 (flashlight) AwesomeNote (Can sync with Google Documents) NewsRack (IF you use it to sign into a Google-Reader Account) Files Pro (to copy files using USB through iTunes) Apple's Remote (if you have an AppleTV) Angry Birds (There are 3: orginal, seasons, or Rio) Twitter/Linkendin/Facebook/Wordpress (Whatever you do, they probably have an app.) Harbor Master Netflix or Hulu+ (if you subscribe to either) |
