Can you show me the website that has the WMP?

If you mean downloading it to play, that was fixed like back in 0.7 (when it finally recognized WMP as a file format). Now, if it is embedded in the page...

but like I said, point us there first. What version of FF do you have anyway?

Go to Help >> About FF and copy paste the info like I did here:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225

Don't have Safari, don't have a Mac lol

Its embedded into the page - downloading works...

Embedded files dont work on any page, is there a fix?

Not to be rude, but...

1.) Why are you asking a software question in the hardware forum?

Good point, I've moved it now.

2.) Why are you asking a question about windows software in a mac forum?

Yes, I know that Firefox is available for OS X too, but the way it handles WMV files is very different from windows because WMP for OS X is crap.

You would find better assistance asking on the Mozillazine forums.
