Angry Graphite (G4 era) 17" Apple Monitor - Factory Settings

Seems like the simplest thing ever, but we noticed a pincushioning in our screen, tried to adjust it, it got worse and now it's become so bad we cannot get it back to the original.

Anyone know how to reset to factory settings on this thing? It should be so easy but we cannot figure it out.

Thanks!

Scott
