I need some help finding an iPhone accessory.
Basically my problem is this, I have a Bose SoundDock which is awesome aside from the fact that if I want to change songs/albums/artists etc i have to go unlock myphone on the dock and fiddle being careful not to dislodge the phone from the dock connector and stopping the music, which is usually followed by a 'Hey why'd the music stop? It's not a party without music!'

Also I've just bought an iPad which doesn't fit in the dock cause..well..it's a lot bigger than my iPhone.

I remember the sales guy saying the dock came with a bluetooth option but you could by one or the other as the adapter is not seperate.

I googled and googled but to no avail.

I found this:

But they don't make them anymore.

Anyone know of any other iPhone/iPad/iPod bluetooth dock adapters?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_2 like Mac OS X; en-gb) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8H7 Safari/6533.18.5)

Bose sell them,iv got a sound 10 and it came with one, I don't even bother with my phone just stream from my MBP. I would think that the soundock 10 unit would fit the ordinary soundock. It's on the UK website.£79.

It's the new sounddock portable, does the adapter just pop into the slot for the phone?
I'll give them a call on the weekend I think.
How much did you pay?

Scratch that, just rang Bose and they only have the bluetooth option for the Sounddock 10.
There must be an aftermarket adapter.
