Airport Extreme + Express (Express as a Guest Network)

Hi,

I am wanting to do the following and wanted to now if it were possible:

1. Airport Extreme connected to the modem with a wifi private network
2. Airport Express connected to the Extreme but creating it's own network (different wifi password for public access)
3. Users of the Express wifi network can not access computers from the Extreme's network

I have had a look around and not sure if this is possible (my extreme is the pre-guest network one)
