Wanting to put stock Toshiba hard drive in OptiBay.. need to get those prongs off

The four prongs on the hard drive that allow the drive to cradle in the main hard drive slot - how do I get these off? I need to do so in order to fit the drive in the OptiBay mount (I want my SSD on the 6Gbps link).
