is there a ToDo that can list voice notes?

is there a ToDo that can list voice notes?

TaskOS (for Android) is amazing and I wished iOS had such a cool tool.

I don't need the (amazing) voice-to-text function, just record the voice and call it 'audio' would be ok. Sync with the web would be great too.

I know that Evernote has voice recording and syncs, but it's not really a ToDo app.

Anything out there?
