Powerbook as an external monitor?

Is it possible to use a Powerbook G4 (new 12 inch) as an external monitor?
It's hard finding information about this on the net, so i thought i'd ask here. I have another laptop which has a broken screen and will have a period of time when my desktop pc doesn't have a screen, so this would be very helpful.
 
Can we sticky this. It seems to get asked every week! You could use VNC/Remote desktop to get a really slow solution.
