hi, just checking,imac 2011 entry model, playing starcraft 2, GPU gets to 78 degrees, is that ok?

If you are playing for some hours, yes, it's normal. It's very hot, but "normal".
You can cool this down with software, also.

that's totally fine -- particularly since it's a mobile part so it's been binned for higher heat tolerance. the gpu in the imac will run hot naturally anyway because the gpu fan is physically displaced so far away from the heatsink.
