This case is pretty slick. It protects the back and even has magnets like the smart case so it turns on when you open it.

Brookstone Clip Case for iPad 2

First I've heard of it. Just checked it out at brookstone.com and yeah it does look like a descent case. I like the brown style one.
Brookstone has a nice selection of cases for both gens of the iPad. Worth a look for sure.
Looks like it's made by Scosche for them
I believe Scosche (http://www.scosche.com) makes this case for them. I saw an ad In Macworld and the case looked alot like the Brookstone case. However, the Scosche product information makes no mention of magnets in the case that turn the iPad 2 off and on. The Brookstone case does have that feature though. The Brookstone product is priced at 5 bucks cheaper too. A good deal for a nice case!
