I have an iPod shuffle 4G lately it has been saying low battery but i did not charge it. Then it just blinks red and i plugged it into my Mac but it will not charge or light up, or even show up in iTunes... Any solutions? i went through all of the Apple troubleshooting tips but nothing did the trick.

it is the new iPod so it is still under warranty. So just take it to apple. if you live far... um try a friends cable maybe... sorry
