WTB iMac G4 Logic Board 17"

I am looking to buy an iMac G4 logic board for the 17" Flat Pannel the part number is 661-2795. Should be for the 1Ghz G4 model. I need one fast. Please let me know if anyone also knows where I might be able to find one new or refurbished.
