For some odd reason, the MacBooks/iPad/iPhone in the household has fast internet speeds but my Dell/HP laptops are sloww! I've reset the basestation a few times but it's always ends up being the same. Is there a fix/solution for this? It's driving me insane!🙁

What kind of wireless radios are in your Windows laptops? Your Apple equipment is probably all 802.11n, which is generally faster than 802.11a/b/g.
My windows laptops also have 802.11a/b/g built-in. Which is why I do not understand why they would be slower?
opps, I'll double check to see what WiFi device they are using. All windows laptops are running Windows7.
