Argh! Please help me locate my device ID! I've killed my phone

Totally my bad, but I forgot to register my phone as a Dev device, now I've uploaded to iOS5 and its locked me out! Can someone please help me get my device ID so I can get my phone working?

Currently when I plug my phone in, it doesnt show the usual screen with the deviceID so I'm at a loss on how to get it back!
