Hard Drive Noise (external FW)

I have a 2.5" Hitachi Travelstar 60GB in an external Firewire case and every now and again it makes a noise that doesn't sound too normal (it doesn't matter if I'm transferring data or it's running idle).

Is it just the heads reseting or should I be worried?
