Is there any easier way to sync iTunes in Mac and Windows now?

I used iTunes in a slow ThinkPad to manage all in iPad, I didn't find easy way to sync iTunes between Windows and Mac.

Now I am using ITunes 10.3, I want to know if it has a more easier way to sync iTunes now because it lloks like with iCloud so that I can use faster Mac to manage my iPad.
