After installed ,restart computer. I got into a step which is right before the login window.

Why do i say i'm right before the login window?Because if i use command-v to boot it runs all the words on the screen and finished and still got into this state.

The screen is all white, but i can control my mouse , but nothing more. Why would this happen? What should i do?

Try holding
cmd alt p r
all at the same time until you hear two start up chimes then release. This worked for me every time it hanged at start up.
