Apps & Folders disorganized after installing app

So, my iPhone 4 has been great. Love it! However, a very annoying thing happened a couple days ago.... I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but as soon as I was done installed Google Latitude all of my App icons and folders were just spread out and rearranged. I had maybe 6 folders full of apps and the rest were arranged to my liking. One minute they were arranged and the next they were strewn about. The only thing I did in between is install Google Latitude.

Any thoughts on this?
