Hi

Ok, hears the plan "to kill two birds with one stone"

If I buy the official Apple Digital AV Adapter, and then use a cable like this ( http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....685385&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT#ht_2861wt_1033 ) to make it into a VGA signal. I know that the cables fit each other, but do you think it would work. I just I like the HDMI for films (from iTunes and Rentals) but I need the VGA for Keynote for presentations (obviously)

Thanks for any replies

Ryan:)

I couldn't say for sure but I wouldn't think so. HDMI uses a digital signal whilst VGA uses an analogue signal. Of course this is a theoretical assumption on my part.
