vqf files!

Just going thru my music folder and I discovered some vqf music files from way back in the day. I'd love to convert these few songs to aac or mp3 so I could load them into itunes. Any mac prog that would do this for me?

Yeah I just got a bunch of .vqf files. Are these lossless?

what program can convert these to aac or mp3?
