Does anyone else think it's odd that Apple is abruptly switching to digital only upgrades for Lion? I'm wondering why they couldn't just introduce the option of upgrading through the Mac App Store. They could always have dropped the disc upgrade option with the next release. Considering I'm sure a fair number of people are still running Leopard and to a lesser extent Tiger. I have a friend that is still running Leopard. If you don't think it's odd that's fine, I would like to hear peoples opinions on the matter.
