help with roxios toast

Does anyone know how to make .toasts in Roxio Toast 5. I see them on limewire and they are very usful. But I can't find out how to make them. I would appreceat any help.

Drag whatever files into the window that you want to include, then go to File: Save as Disc Image. That's it.
