Help with Roxio Toast

Does anyone know how to make .toast with Roxio Toast 5. I've seen them on Limewire but I would really like to know how to make them.

Drag your CD onto the toast window. It will defualt to the copy tab in the app. Go to File-> Save as Disc image -or- cmd-D. Choose saving location.
