hi. went to apple store today. 3g wont start, charge or be recognized in itunes....they said it cant be fixed and offered to swap it out for 79.00. hard reset nothing. reboot pc with phone plugged in nothing....home and screen lock ten seconds release screen lock keep home pressed...nothing...water damage unlikely and i dont see pink inside headphone jack. any other ideas?
